Service Agreements & Proposals

Scope Definition: Each project begins with a clear proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and costs. Services commence upon written agreement and initial payment.

Project Phases: Complex projects may be divided into phases. Each phase requires mutual agreement and updated terms of work.

Change Requests: Modifications require written approval and may affect timelines or costs. Estimates will always be provided before proceeding.

Payment Terms & Investment

Payment Structure

• 50% deposit required to begin work
• Remaining balance due upon completion
• Retainer plans for ongoing services
• Net 15 days for invoices

Late Payments

• 1.5% monthly interest on overdue balances
• Service suspension after 30 days
• Collection costs are the client's responsibility
• All payments in USD unless agreed otherwise
